Notice and Takedown Policy

Our Commitment

Lion Swag Web Design (“Lion Swag,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and all websites professionally designed and managed by us respect your legal rights, including your reputation and intellectual property. We do not pre-screen or edit third-party content posted on any website we manage. However, we operate a Notice and Takedown procedure for material that may be defamatory or infringe copyright or trademark rights.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the disputed material. Submitting false or misleading information may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

• Lion Swag Web Design’s corporate website

• All client websites designed and managed by Lion Swag Web Design

• Any associated landing pages, blogs, or interactive features under our management

General Guidelines

• This process is intended only for claims related to defamation, copyright infringement, or trademark infringement.

• All other inquiries should be directed to the general contact page of the relevant website.

• We may share your notice with the individual who posted the content or with legal authorities if required by law.

• We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your claim.

Defamation Claims

If you believe content on any Lion Swag-managed website contains defamatory statements about you, email our Designated Agent at:

Your written notice must include:

1. Your full contact details: name, address, phone number, email, and occupation (if applicable).

2. Identification of the content: include URLs and copy the text you believe is defamatory.

3. Explanation: why the content is defamatory, why it is false, and how it harms you.

4. Statement of truth:

   “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and truthful.”

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization on any Lion Swag-managed website, send a written notice to:

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.

3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site.

4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).

5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Trademark Infringement Claims

If you believe your trademark has been infringed on any Lion Swag-managed website, email:

1. Identification of the trademark(s), including registration number if applicable.

2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site.

3. Your contact information.

4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.

Repeat Infringers

Lion Swag Web Design enforces a strict policy against repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

Important Notes

• We do not guarantee immediate removal of content; all claims are reviewed for validity.

• We may notify the content provider and allow them to respond before taking action.

• We may retain copies of disputed content for legal or compliance purposes.

Legal Protection

This policy is designed to protect Lion Swag Web Design and all client websites under our management from liability while respecting the rights of individuals and intellectual property owners.
